Bring your ArtForums, class notes, term paper, computers, bribes. 

Know fully how you feel about Boris Groys’ “weak signs” vs. “strong signs” and “universalism” in art and social media. 

Be ready to answer specific questions about The Power 100, as well as how it relates to your own interests and career goals. 

Read up and review notes about Rock Hushka’s talk on “hide/seek”

Know your Ai Wei Wei. 

Know your Allora and Calzadilla. 

Know your Bibliography. 

Practice EIDOS - pick an image from Artforum and start with the D and see how far you can go.

I would love for each one of you to come prepared on Tuesday with at least 1 thoughtful question for Rock.  Please provide this in hardcopy form as we won’t be able to get to every question but I want Rock to take something away with him.
